Who we share it with
We share only what each one needs to do their job:
- Shopify runs our online shop and processes payments.
- Inkthreadable, our UK print partner, receives your name, delivery address, phone number and order details so it can print and post your tees.
- Royal Mail and couriers receive your name and address to deliver your parcel.
- Cloudflare runs the small service that passes your order details to Inkthreadable.
- Our email provider stores emails you send us.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards approved under UK law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.
How long we keep it
We keep order and payment records for 6 years, as required for tax purposes. We keep marketing consent until you unsubscribe. Other messages are deleted when they're no longer needed, usually within 2 years.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the data we hold about you
- correct anything that's wrong
- delete your data, where we don't need to keep it by law
- restrict or object to how we use it
- move it to another provider
- stop sending you marketing, at any time
Email hello@sweetees.co.uk and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies
Our shop uses essential cookies to work, for example to remember your basket. Analytics or marketing cookies are only set if you agree to them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.

We'll post any changes here and update the date at the top.
