Shipping policy

Every tee is printed to order in the UK, usually within 3–5 working days, then posted to you with tracking.

Delivery costs and times

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Times are estimates from the moment your order is posted, not guarantees.

Tracking

We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order is posted.

Orders with more than one tee

Tees designed in Your Sweet Spot are printed separately from ready-made tees, so a mixed order may arrive in two parcels. You only pay delivery once.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email hello@sweetees.co.uk straight away. Once printing has started we may not be able to change it, and we can't be responsible for orders sent to an address you gave us that turns out to be wrong.

Orders outside the UK

International orders may be charged import duties, taxes or handling fees by your country's customs. These are set by your country, not by us, and are payable by you on delivery.

Late or missing parcels

If your UK order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of being posted, or 20 working days for international orders, email hello@sweetees.co.uk with your order number. We'll chase it with the courier, and if it's lost we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
