Refund policy

Every SweeTee is printed just for you once you order. Here is what you can do if something isn't right, or if you change your mind.

If your order arrives faulty or wrong

If a tee arrives misprinted, damaged, the wrong size or colour, or not as described, we'll put it right at no cost to you.

  1. Email hello@sweetees.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.
  2. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
  3. We may ask you to send the tee back. If so, we'll cover the return postage.

This applies to every tee, including ones you designed in Your Sweet Spot. It doesn't affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Changing your mind: ready-made tees

For ready-made tees from our shop, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

  1. Email hello@sweetees.co.uk within 14 days of delivery to tell us you want to return something.
  2. Send the tee back within 14 days of telling us, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, to: SweeTees, 6 Bridge Street, Brigstock, NN14 3ET, United Kingdom.
  3. You pay the return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us.
  4. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the tee, to your original payment method. If you return your whole order, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid.

If you bought the tee as part of a Pick 'n' mix bag, we refund the price you actually paid for that tee after the bag discount.

Changing your mind: Your Sweet Spot tees

Tees you design in Your Sweet Spot are made to your own choice of design, colour, size and print position. Because they're made to your specification, they can't be returned just because you've changed your mind. This is allowed under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If there's anything wrong with one, see "If your order arrives faulty or wrong" above.

Secret Recipe designs

The £20 designer's fee covers the work of creating your design, so it can't be refunded once we've started on it. Your tee is only printed after you approve the proof. If you're still not happy after two rounds of changes, we'll refund the price of the tee. Once printed, a Secret Recipe tee is treated like a Your Sweet Spot tee: it can't be returned for a change of mind, but we'll always put it right if it's faulty.

Sizing

Please check our size guide before ordering. We can't exchange Your Sweet Spot tees for a different size unless we sent the wrong one. Ready-made tees can be returned within 14 days as above, and you're welcome to reorder in the right size.
